End Users, Installers & Interior Designers

You’re buying lights for a home, a client install, or a design project.

Whilst you may not qualify for direct purchase from Mesmerize Lighting, we’ve got you covered and will guide you every step of the way:

  1. Call us at HQ (031 563 3341) or reach out online - via our website, Instagram, or email sales@mezlighting.co.za. We’ll ask where you’re based and refer you to your closest Mesmerize-approved distributor.
  2. Or… just walk into your local electrical store and ask for Mesmerize! Many retailers across SA already stock our products.
  3. Need help choosing? We’re happy to assist with product recommendations, specs, or warranty info - even if you’re buying through someone else.
  4. Want to specify Mez for a job? We can guide you or your installer on how to get our product into your spec sheet and ultimately onto site.

Contractors, Engineers, Architects & Developers

You’re working on commercial projects, tenders, or large-scale developments.

While you may also not qualify for direct purchase from Mesmerize Lighting, we will work very closely with you to ensure your spec is solid and your project is well-supported.

  1. Call Head Office (031 563 3341) or contact us online - tell us what area your project is in and what you need.
  2. Book a meeting or site visit - our team will come to you (or your client) to discuss application, compatibility, photometrics, and design aesthetics.
  3. Specification & quoting support - we’ll provide technical specs, datasheets, relux support, and pricing via our verified wholesalers.
  4. Place orders through a verified retailer or wholesaler - we can recommend a local stock list if required.
  5. We track the progress - we stay in the loop with your wholesaler to ensure smooth delivery and offer after sales support.

Retailers & Wholesalers

You want to stock and resell Mesmerize Lighting products.

This is the only group we trade with directly. To protect our brand and maintain responsible distribution, all retailers and wholesalers must go through our vetting process.

Trade Application Process:

  1. Submit Trade Application (CIPC docs, VAT reg, trade refs)
  2. Vetting Period (3–5 working days)
  3. Sign Trade & Service Level Agreement + Surety form (if Credit)
  4. Account Number Allocated (COD or Credit terms applied)
  5. You’re Open for Trade! Access full range + wholesale pricing

Orders & Deliveries

Local Deliveries: No delivery fee for local deliveries in and around Durban.

National Orders:

  • Minimum Order for Free Delivery: R6,000.00 excl. VAT
  • Under R6,000? Flat fee of R350.00 excl. VAT
  • Delivery Times:
    • Local: within 24 hours
    • National: 24–48 hours
    • Outlying: 48–72 hours
  • Orders must be placed with an official Purchase Order Number.

Project-Based Orders:

  • Custom or non-stock orders require a 35% deposit
  • We assist with BOQ matching, technical specs, and forward planning
  • Large-scale cancellations may incur handling fees
  • Lead times are estimates, not guarantees
