Mesmerize Lighting (MEZ Lighting) Springboks v All Blacks – Saturday, 29 August 2026 (2nd Test)

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older. Employees of Mesmerize Lighting, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date of publication and closes on Saturday, 29 August 2026 at 16:10 (SAST) – one hour before kick-off. Entries received after this time will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for late submission.

3. Entry Rules

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be considered.
• Duplicate, incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must include all required personal information to be valid.
• Entries must be submitted through the official entry form on mezlighting.co.za. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.
• Mesmerize Lighting accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, are delayed, or are corrupted due to technical failure, network issues or any other cause.

4. Winner Selection

• Three (3) winners will be selected.
• Winners will be determined by the closest prediction to the final full-time score of the Springboks v All Blacks match played on 29 August 2026.
• Closeness is calculated as the combined difference between the predicted and actual scores for both teams. The entry with the smallest combined difference wins.
• Where entries are tied, the optional tie-breaker answer (first try scorer) will be used to separate them. If entries remain tied, the winner will be selected by random draw from the tied entries.
• Should the match be postponed, abandoned or cancelled, Mesmerize Lighting may either select winners based on the rescheduled fixture or select all winners by random draw from all valid entries, at its sole discretion.
• The decision of Mesmerize Lighting is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prizes

• The prizes for this competition have not yet been announced. Full prize details will be published on the competition page and on Mesmerize Lighting’s official social media channels before the closing date. By entering, participants accept the prizes as announced.
• Prizes are expected to comprise Mesmerize Lighting products, exclusive branded merchandise, or a combination of these. Mesmerize Lighting reserves the right to determine the final composition and value of each prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.
• Mesmerize Lighting reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
• Any Mesmerize Lighting product supplied as a prize that is found to be defective may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mesmerize Lighting. No further liability is accepted.
• Mesmerize Lighting is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay or injury associated with the delivery, use, shipment or handling of any prize.
• Prizes are subject to any additional terms of the manufacturer or supplier where applicable.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming

• Winners will be announced on Mesmerize Lighting’s official Facebook and Instagram pages after the conclusion of the match, and will be contacted directly using the contact details supplied on their entry.
• Winners must respond to claim their prize within 14 days of first notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, Mesmerize Lighting reserves the right to forfeit that prize and select an alternative winner.
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age before a prize is released.
• Prizes will be delivered within South Africa only.

7. Amendments & Cancellation

Mesmerize Lighting reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, or to suspend or cancel the competition at any time and without notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving technical failure, fraud, abuse, or any event beyond its reasonable control.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely to administer this competition and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications from Mesmerize Lighting.
• Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication, or by contacting us.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
• Winners consent to their first name and general location being published in the announcement of results.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Mesmerize Lighting may use their name and, where separately agreed, their image, for reasonable promotional purposes relating to this competition without further compensation.

10. Independence

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with SA Rugby, New Zealand Rugby, any participating team or player, or any social media platform. Team names are used for the purpose of identifying the fixture only.

11. Liability

Participants enter the competition at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesmerize Lighting will not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost or injury arising from entry into this competition or from the acceptance, use or possession of any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Acceptance

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, and that they accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.
